Furniture & Fittings

We do not keep stock of our furniture and fittings. This allows us to customize each and every order so that it fits you and your home just right. As such, we will not be able to refund or exchange bespoke pieces, but rest assured that handover will only take place once you are fully satisfied.

Home Accessories

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be happy to provide exchanges and returns for home accessories given that the following conditions are met:

  • The item was not customized.
  • The request for return or exchange is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • In the case of a refund request, logistics cannot be refunded. In case of return and exchange, shipping fees based on your shipping zone may apply.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • In case of a defect with the product, you will get a full refund for both the order and its logistics. However, we will require photographic proof of the defect as well as your sale receipt to be sent to us by mail within 7 days of receiving the product. The problem must be a manufacturing defect and not due to wear and tear.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
